Daniel provides our clients with legal advice in the following areas: RLR Corporate, RLR Franchising, RLR Insolvency and RLR Telecoms.

Immediately before joining Rotstein Lockwood Reddy, Daniel was a tutor in the Finance Department at Monash University. Daniel applies his insight and knowledge in finance to his legal work to achieve sound commercial outcomes for his clients.

Recently, Daniel has been involved in the following significant matters at RLR:

* drafting a dealership agreement for a national telecommunications company;

* advising a cosmetics company on the acquisition of assets from a company in financial distress; and

* negotiating an exclusive licence agreement with a Japanese manufacturer.

Daniel is fluent in English and speaks conversational Mandarin.
