Hamish heads the following practice groups:
RLR Health, RLR Property, RLR Corporate, RLR Dispute Resolution, RLR Insolvency, RLR Intellectual Property.

Hamish has substantial experience in complex transactions and an enviable reputation for tackling his clients' legal issues in ways which assist those clients to achieve their commercial objectives.

Hamish acts for clients in the following industries, many of whom are market leaders in their fields: pharmaceuticals, health, property, resources, food technology and distribution, advertising, sports marketing, manufacturing and telecommunications.

In the context of commercial disputes, Hamish is very proud of his record of achieving positive outcomes for his clients across Australia, particularly in the Federal Court and State Superior Courts and in his dealings with various state and federal regulatory bodies. In 2010, the Law Institute of Victoria accredited Hamish as a specialist in commercial litigation.

In addition to his university degrees, Hamish has a graduate degree in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is also a member of the the following professional organisations:
