Posted: 20/01/2009 Rotstein Lockwood Reddy recently acted for the successful purchaser of Epsom Village Shopping Centre in Epsom, Victoria. The new shopping centre, which features a Woolworths supermarket, 20 specialty stores, recreational facilities and a new town square was acquired from FKP Commercial Developments, a subsidiary of listed property developer FKP Ltd.
