'Bundled' telecommunications offers cause concern

Common features of the 'bundled' offers include: the reseller takes over the client's telecommunications service, the reseller provides the client with various items of office equipment at an apparently inflated cost under a Rental Agreement with a separate finance company, the reseller applies a monthly rebate / credit to the client's telecommunications bill to offset the instalments payable by the client under the Rental Agreement, the reseller stops applying the rebate or otherwise ceases to carry on business, the client is left with monthly payments under the Rental Agreement.
